On this twentyfifth day of January, the year 2010 A.D. Samurai Training Finished Unsuccessfully (STFU) of Universe 43 hereby signs and agrees to this Pact of Non-Aggression with the alliance the Heart of a Dragon Alliance (HoaD), also of Universe 43. Both the leaderships of both alliances involved and their respective members understand and agree to the following terms and conditions of this Pact of Non-Aggression both now and in the future, terms and conditions that are as listed below:
1. As the name does imply, the members of STFU shall forevermore refrain from attacking any active member of HoaD as all members of HoaD will refrain from attacking any active member of STFU.
2. Both alliances shall keep in regular contact with one another so that any issues that might arise shall be dealt with appropriately and swiftly, with all due justice. HoaD shall send one duly appointed diplomat to sign up on the STFU forums and in return STFU shall send one duly appointed member to register on the designated website for the alliance HoaD.
3. In the event that a member(s) of either alliance breaks the accord of this Pact of Non-Aggression it shall be dealt with jointly, though it shall be dealt with as the perpetrator's home alliance deems fit, though the victim alliance shall be more than free to recommend what they feel the punishment(s) should be...the violating alliance will be required, however, to keep both the leadership and diplomat (if both are different people) of the victim alliance notified of the proceedings, as well as the victim player(s) involved. Of course, the final say rests with the violator's home.*
4. This Pact of Non-Aggression shall last indefinetly and can be upgraded from a Pact of Non-Aggression to a full Treaty of the Peace and become Allies.
* In the event that more than 3,500,000 total damage is done to the victim the violator(s) shall be tried by the victim's alliance, though the violator(s) shall be allowed to have up to two players from his/her/their alliance observing and partaking in his/her/their defense and the final say for punishment shall rest with the victim's alliance. In the event this does occure the victim alliance shall select a trio of judges to ensure justice is carried out accurately and honestly.
Upon acceptance of this Pact of Non-Aggression the leader of each alliance will be required to leave a reply to this thread stating they fully understand and agree to follow it fully and without question and/or hesitation.
